Inventory management:
As soon as your stock arrives at Ontrak's warehouse Ontrak will check the quantity and quality of your stock.
If there are any issues with breakages and damaged goods etc this will be alerted to you straight away.
We realize there is nothing more embarrassing to you to think you have stock ready to go and in fact there is a shortage or that the stock is damaged.
We will send you a report within 12 hours to outline what we have received and in what order.
Stock inventory report:
A stock inventory report will be supplied weekly by Ontrak.
If you require a daily report or a monthly report just speak to one of our account managers on your personal requirements.
We can place a low count warning which will highlight any low quantities so you can re-order before it gets too low. And before you have to spend money on delay letters to your clients.
Fulfilment:
All fulfilment is processed inhouse and with all our qualified staff and procedures in place we can ensure you that your project will go out on time everytime.
We have quality checks in place, a procedure manual and a job brief for every job we process.
This procedure manual and job brief is of course in consultation with you to ensure minimum holdups.
