2/ Fortnightly One On One Coaching and Mentoring Phone Calls.

You will have fortnightly coaching calls where a time is booked in advance.  We will even schedule calls after hours between 6-9pm so you can focus on your work and then come home and we can talk then.

Some advice.  Most companies aim at one in the middle of the month and one at the end of the month.  

This lets you view how you are tracking 2 weeks after the initial call for the month. But this is entirely up to you.
